Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before moving forward.

We have grouped the most useful questions into three simple areas so you can find the information relevant to your decision faster.

01 · Finyra

General Operations

What exactly does Finyra Solutions do?
Finyra Solutions operates as a financial advisory and distribution entity connecting clients with banks, NBFCs and insurance institutions. Finyra does not lend its own capital; final approval, pricing, credit limits and policy terms are determined by the relevant institution.
Do you charge upfront consultation fees?
For standard retail and SME loan processing, Finyra's stated model does not rely on upfront consultation fees. Any separately agreed advisory engagement should have its scope and fees documented before work begins.
How do I verify whether a Relationship Officer is authentic?
Use Finyra's official support channels to verify a representative before sharing sensitive information. Never share OTPs, banking passwords, PINs or other confidential credentials with a representative.

02 · Eligibility

Processing & Eligibility

How long does the loan approval process typically take?
Turnaround time varies by product, lender, documentation and underwriting complexity. Personal and unsecured business facilities may move faster, while mortgages and complex corporate facilities can require additional property, legal and credit checks.
What CIBIL score is required?
There is no single universal CIBIL score requirement. Some lenders may prefer stronger scores for unsecured facilities, while the final decision also considers income, existing obligations, product type, documentation and lender policy.
What is FOIR and why does it matter?
FOIR stands for Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio. It compares fixed monthly obligations with income and is one way lenders may assess repayment capacity. Acceptable levels vary by lender and product.
Do I need to meet every benchmark shown on the Eligibility page?
Not necessarily. Eligibility benchmarks are useful reference points, not universal approval rules. The relevant lender decides which criteria apply to your particular product and profile.

03 · Solutions

Financial Solutions

Can I transfer an existing high-interest loan?
A balance transfer may be available for eligible existing facilities. The new lender can assess the repayment history, outstanding amount, income, credit profile, documentation and applicable transfer costs.
Do you help with Lifetime Free credit cards?
Finyra may assist with eligible credit-card offers, including offers advertised as lifetime-free, depending on the issuer's active campaign, eligibility criteria and the applicant's profile.
Can I explore more than one type of financial solution?
Yes. A customer may need different solutions at different stages— for example, a home loan for property purchase and an insurance product for protection. Each product is assessed separately under the applicable institution's criteria.
Where can I learn more about eligibility?
Visit the Eligibility Guide for a broader explanation of credit, income, repayment-capacity, business, home-finance and KYC factors.
